Returns and Exchanges

If you need to return or exchange a faulty or damaged product purchased via www.thejewelsjar.com  we will gladly repair, exchange or refund the original purchased item in accordance with the following process:

1. Bring product faults and damage to our notice within 2 weeks of delivery.

2. Notify The Jewels Jar of product faults or damage by contacting the customer service team:  info@thejewelsjar.com  / + 971 55 180 9649.  Please specify whether you are requesting a return or exchange.

3. The Jewels Jar will send you a "Return ID Number" 

4. Send The Jewels Jar a "proof of purchase" (e.g. invoice, bank statement, order confirmation from www.thejewelsjar.com,delivery note)

5. www.thejewelsjar.com will execute a full refund, execute a partial refund, replace the product, repair the product or exchange the purchased item.


Return Requirements

The item should be in original purchase condition and display no evidence of usage.

Returns should be sent via an insured and traceable method as we cannot be held liable for any items which go missing in the post and do not reach us. If a parcel does go missing and never reaches us, it is your responsibility to claim for the item from the postal service or courier company used. Please note that if you do not pay enough postage for the parcel and we have to pay a fee to take receipt of it, then we shall deduct that amount plus an administration fee from any refund.



Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment. Credit card refunds can only be credited back to the credit card that was used to make the original purchase. The refund will be processed as soon as the items have been received by www.thejewelsjar.com. However, please allow up to 21 days for your account to be credited from the date of return.

Cash On Delivery Payment Refunds

We regret to inform you that payments made in cash cannot be refunded. We will happily exchange your faulty or damaged product. 

Partial Refunds

If a partial refund is due, it will be credited onto the card used for the original transaction. If you are exchanging for an item of lower value then we reserve the right to add an administration and postal fee to the price of the replacement item. We will contact you to inform you of this additional charge.



Our customer service team will glady exchanges your item if the item is available on www.thejewelsjar.com.  The Jewels Jar can only exchange faulty items for an identical item, subject to availability. When requesting a Return ID Number, please specify that you are looking to exchange the product.
